The shadows at Obsidian Skull Press are growing longer, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to introduce two incredible authors joining our literary coven. Prepare to be unsettled, moved, and forever changed by their words.

C.P. Fletcher's debut novel, The Mirror Never Lies, along with her Amazon and Goodreads profiles, will be available in Summer 2027 from Obsidian Skull Press.
C.P. Fletcher writes emotionally driven psychological thrillers about trauma, identity, and the parts of ourselves we fear most. She aims to tell stories that are deeply human, creating space for conversation about perspective, duality, and the individuality of the human experience. The Mirror Never Lies is her debut novel, blending dissociation, horror, and deeply intimate character relationships to explore what survival really costs and how we heal afterwards.

Born on Christmas Eve in Madrid, Spain, Caribbean writer, Cody Creiger spent his birthdays with the gifts of stories and imagination. Turning Lego, Pokemon cards, and fallen apples into fantasy, he crafted invisible narratives that shape the people he writes today. His fiction and poetry can be read at The Fifth Corner, Grey Coven Publishing, and Wingless Dreamer Publisher.
Cody Creiger's Unbind Thy Tongue, a powerful, raw exploration of oppression, faith, and the grotesque manifestation of internalized suffering, along with his Amazon and Goodreads profiles, will be available in Winter 2026 from Obsidian Skull Press.
COMING SOON: Keep your eyes peeled! We’ll be dropping links to their Amazon and Goodreads profiles shortly so you can add these titles to your "must-read" lists.
A NOTE FROM THE SLUSH PILE: Our Slush Pile Slayers are currently buried deep in a mountain of incredible submissions. Stay locked in—we have even more haunting new voices and bone-chilling works heading your way soon.
Keep the lights on and sleep with one eye open.
